depends on the company you're using for the rental. East coast uses transunion alot. west coast uses experian.
you can ask them which one they use. transunion is usually the least updated.When apts/home rental places run your credit..?

It's our own little network......This does not mean that some of the information is not ';Gathered'; from the ';Big Three';. We use a comprehensive reporting system designed to look at all aspects-credit,criminal, renting/leasing history....
Don't be fooled I work on the east coast, and we pull all 3 credit bureaus. Experian, Transunion, and Equifax.
If you are worried, rent from a private individual condo or house.
