Home rental question?

What are the requirements for renting a home? I am a college student seeking a rental home. I have credit and a sufficient source of income.Home rental question?
Where are you looking? I have a house for rent in Roseville, MI...Home rental question?
Only requirements is money .As you are having the source of income don't worry . Just go through the news paper and find the suitable house for rental or through a house broker they will guide you but you have to pay some commission for that. But you have to sign an agreement before renting a house that is for your safety.
Where are you from?
Thats about it. Just get out there and find one.
You have the basics already, so no worries. You might find that ppl are hesitant to rent to you because of age...but keep looking. You will find someone who is willing to give you a chance.

The only thing you need to be aware of, is that you will probably have to sign a lease. If you do, make sure you go over it thoroughly and know exactly what is included, not included, and what your responsibilities are - like snow removal, grass cutting, etc. Most landlords who have a clue and operate within the law won't be expecting you to take care of maintenance issues like plumbing, electrical work and the like.

Happy Hunting!
I think that is about it.... it'll depend on who is renting the property and what they want out of a tenant. A secutiry deposit will probbaly be needed too. Many people do back ground checks.. make sure your not gonna run drugs out of their house %26amp; stuff. Go out and look.
