yea its their property, usually is just a courtesy for them to tell u, people above dont know what they are talkin about. They can do drive-bys. They can do exterior maintenance (lawn-cutting, etc.). But to enter your dwelling they must usually give 24 hour advance notice.
They must give you a 24 hour notice unless it is an emergency!
