My wife and I are relocating to N. Houston and looking to rent a nice 3+BR/2+Bath. Our price range is 1200-2000. We have great references and could pay the 1yr lease in cash if need be. However our credit is a bad from a failed business. How much emphasis will be put on credit? We have not rented in 9yrs so we don't know what to expect. Also does anybody have any advice on paying entire lease upfront? Is this something we should do or not. Thank you for any help provided.Home rentals in North Houston?
Call a local realtor. they get paid for putting you into a house and don't get paid if you don't get in.
